Protocolul SHINE – structura mea de lucru pentru estetică
SHINE isn’t a list of procedures, but a structured approach focused on skin quality, hydration, precisely dosed injectables, non-negotiable essentials, and rejuvenation of the eye area. It’s a personalised strategy for aesthetic results and long-term skin health.
In aesthetic dermatology, I’ve noticed that the most reliable, long-lasting results don’t come from isolated procedures, but from a structured and consistent approach. From this need for clarity, what I call the SHINE Protocol has taken shape in my practice starting in 2026 — a direction, a roadmap I use to assess the skin and build treatment plans.
SHINE is not a fixed package, and it doesn’t mean the same procedures for everyone. It’s a way of thinking that helps me keep the essentials of healthy skin in focus.
What SHINE means
S – Skin Quality
The starting point is always skin quality: texture, pores, evenness of tone, radiance, elasticity.
Without good skin quality, any later intervention will have a limited impact.
H – Hydrating & Healing
Hydration and barrier repair are essential steps.
Dehydrated or inflamed skin doesn’t respond well to procedures, which is why this stage is never rushed.
I – Injectables
Injectables have a clearly defined role: prevention, softening expression lines, supporting facial structure, or improving skin quality.
The key is the right indication and precise dosing.
N – Non-Negotiables
Some elements are not optional: sun protection, a tailored skincare routine, consistency, nutrition, and supplements where appropriate.
Without these “non-negotiables,” results can’t be maintained.
E – Eye Rejuvenation
The eye area is often the first to show fatigue and signs of ageing.
A gentle, personalised approach here can significantly refresh the overall look of the face — without major interventions.
Why this structure works
Because it provides direction and balance.
The SHINE Protocol doesn’t promise overnight transformation — it aims for the gradual development of healthy, radiant results that stay consistent with each person’s natural features.
It’s a way of viewing aesthetic dermatology as a logical, sustainable process: a combination of medical expertise, carefully chosen procedures, and ongoing patient education.
Since 2026, I’ve worked according to this protocol — developed through many years of experience in aesthetic dermatology. SHINE isn’t a rigid set of procedures, but a personal approach that I adapt for each patient who’s interested not only in aesthetics, but also in long-term skin quality and skin longevity.
For me, SHINE means structure, balance, and consistency — a way to build progressive results, not sudden change. Every plan is different, because every skin type has its own rhythm and needs.
